Workbench chaos. A little corner has been claimed back for cutting some dovetails. #woodworking #dovetails #workbench #osageorange #handmade #craft It has been a few months since I have worked on this egg tempera grisaille of the 3rd and 4th chapters of Zechariah. #eggtempera #underpainting #grisaille #art #painting #zechariah Osage orange door panel. #woodworking #cabinetmaker #osageorange Go On, Brother Lawrence, work in progress #woodengraving #printmaking #reliefprint #art #brotherlawrence #woodcarving #boxwood “Go On, Brother Lawrence”, carving progress on this little block of boxwood. #woodengraving #brotherlawrence #carving #boxwood #printmaking #reliefprint #art #practicingthepresenceofgod https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cg1tX6EuqP-/ A long time ago one of my painting teachers taught me that the edges of things really matter. #woodworking #saintbedesbox #veneer #walnutburl I’m working towards my first attempt of a wood engraving of Brother Lawrence on one of the boxwood blocks that I have fashioned from some precious boxwood billets given to me by Peter Chapman, @genesischapman1 father, over twenty years ago. #woodengraving #boxwood #printmaking #carving #art #brotherlawrence So many questions- I don’t even know how to express them out from the whirl of the dance with God in my thoughts. This one has a handle, like  a milking stool.

An Ash plate, bowl, walnut bowl, and a small persimmon dish.
